	International Youth Camp	2007-08-28
	International Youth Camp on the doorstep of the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. The Olympic Park will be less than ten minutes away by train from north Kent!! The county of Kent has therefore been working closely with the organisers of the London 2012 Games to maximise the opportunities for young people in our county, and we have a host of different activities planned for young people to engage with this magical event. We are keen to hold up to three international youth camps between now and 2012, focusing in particular on sport, culture and the environment - the three pilars of any Olympic and Paralympic Games - as well as celebrating healthy living and the global society in which young people live. We currently have excellent links with youth groups in Finland, Germany and Estonia, and are keen to build on these to make our Olympics-inspired youth camps truly international events, with young people from all continents. 	Kent Youth County Council Election Results	2008-01-10
	KYCC ELECTION RESULTS! Elections were held between 14 and 19 November to elect 48 new Members to the Kent Youth County Council. Over 25,000 votes were cast across the county for the 63 candidates standing for election. Plans are already underway for the 2007 Elections.
